| I absolutely love Southern Living Magazine! On the most recent cover, there was a large strawberry pound cake pictured, and I just had to buy the issue. There is an article offering the recipes for several delicious pound cakes, and I went to work making the Strawberry Swirl Cream Cheese Pound Cake. I was slightly scared when the recipe starts off telling you to add THREE FULL STICKS OF BUTTER to your mixer; however, everything is okay in moderation, right? My husband and I had a relaxing Saturday filled with yard work, cleaning up the house and me in the kitchen baking the cake below and Grandma's chicken casserole for dinner.
